Home Food Preservation

The University of Missouri Extension Services will be providing classes at the Bluebird Park administrative building on home food preservation.

Dates, time and agenda:

  • July 11, 5-7:30 p.m. “Canning Salsa and Fruit” and “Pressure Canning”
  • July 18, 5-7:30 p.m. “Freezing and Drying” and “Making Jams and Jellies”

Price for both classes is $50 per person.

Reservations can be made by calling the Bluebird Park office 636-227-7508.

Class sizes are limited so reserve early.
